We want you to love every piece of Juliska for your home; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items and final sale selections are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Juliska signature boxing and protective materials to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
